We’ve won The Independent Network National Customer Satisfaction Award 2021!

We are proud to announce that we won the Independent Network National Customer Satisfaction Award 2021!

A few of us headed up to Kenilworth on the Friday evening for the Veka members weekend, where we enjoyed an evening with others in the industry. The Saturday was spent taking part in various workshops and seminars. Then on the Saturday evening, we had a great time at the Gala dinner and award ceremony followed by a charity auction and casino.

The award ceremony was presented by famous British Athlete, Kriss Akabusi! He gave a very inspirational speech about motivation and reaching goals. Ross was first of all presented with the award for being the longest standing member of the Independent Network! Then, later on, we were thrilled to hear that we had won the award for Customer Satisfaction 2021!!

This is the 16th time we have won the award and want to thank all of our customers for leaving us such glowing reviews. It has been a strange couple of years for the industry, coping with supplier lead-times and raw material shortages alongside our high volumes of enquiries and orders, but we have kept things moving along and are delighted with the feedback from our customers regarding the level of service they have received, thank you.

Ross also got the winning bid for the signed Rugby Ball from the Australia vs Fiji 2019 World Cup Match. The proceeds were split between three charities; Cancer Research UK, We Mind & Kelly Matters and MNDA Motor-neurone Disease Association.
